‘Good Solar Innovation Co.,Ltd’ is a social enterprise that is officially registered under Cambodia’s Ministry of Commerce. Our logo contains a meaning of our effort to make local residents smile by providing electricity through solar energy and provide them with a higher standard of living. Also, through our value of ‘Sharing light, Sharing life’, we provide not only solar energy related products to all over Cambodia but also job opportunities to people through educating a required skill. In addition, we provide constant training to the local residents about the basic knowledge of solar energy to promote recognition. Furthermore, to make the use of solar products long-term, we provide after sales services. Good Solar will strive to be a social enterprise that provides easily accessible light to people and better lives to local residents through sharing and restoration of our profits.

August, 2013, Good Solar was built to provide energy to northwest side of Cambodia and started solar energy project in O Taki. In this center, we educate basic knowledge of solar energy and installation of SHS. Good Solar conducts SHS product making and SHL assembly. In October, 2014, we began the operation of ‘Good Solar Innovation Co.,Ltd’ social enterprise. Solar companies are mostly located in Phnom Penh and are hard to access for people who live in the northwest side of Cambodia. This led us to build Good Solar in Battambang. Starting from Battambang, we plan to train technicians, get local residents to participate in assembly, raise job opportunities and educate children and women about basic knowledge of solar energy.
